One of the obligations that will be placed on your employer in your Compromise Agreement, is that your Employer will not make, publish or issue or cause to be made, published or issued any derogatory or disparaging comments about you. There is an added obligation on your employer to ensure that your employer uses its reasonable endeavours to ensure that all employees, officers and directors comply with this obligation.
