We have successfully drafted grievance letters for a number of employees in the last two months when such employees were faced with summary dismissal. In all cases the employees were able to remain in their jobs.

As some employees are still missing the point that once an employee signs a compromise agreement the employee cannot bring an action against his/her former employer for reasons to do with his/her employment, termination of contract of employment and/or data protection issues.
