When we sign the adviser’s certificate attached to your Compromise Agreement, this means that as your independent legal adviser, we are satisified that you fully understand and appreciate the terms of your Compromise Agreement and that there are no circumstances that fall within your Compromise Agreement that would give rise to a claim against your employer in respect of the terms of the Compromise Agreement or the termination of your employment. Therefore, you are required to fully disclose all information to us as your legal advisers.
