The intention behind a Compromise Agreement is that you accept, as an employee, that the terms of your Compromise Agreement is in full and final settlement of all and any claims (if any) against your employer. Furthermore, this is the case whether contractual, statutory or otherwise (including but not limited to claims under English and/or European Community law) which you have or may have against your employer and/or any agents, officers or employees of your employer arising out of your employment or your termination.
