If RT Coopers Solicitors advise you on the terms of your compromise agreement, then unless there are substantial negotiations to be carried out, we would usually accept the amount that your employer is offering as cover for your legal expenses.
There is minimum amount which we would accept and we would indicate to you what that is when you instruct us.
